The personal data provided by the Users are used by "Faber-print" Ltd. to analyze and improve the efficiency and operation of the website; for managing the created online orders, for delivery of the ordered products; for secure processing of payments over an encrypted line; to communicate with Users about online orders and products. All prices of the Products or Services are final, announced in BGN (BGN), including VAT and all other required taxes or fees. Delivery

The delivery of the ordered goods is carried out in the manner specified by "FABER-PRINT" Ltd. and by the subcontractor specified by "FABER-PRINT" Ltd., according to the deadlines and according to the options offered on the website. FABER-PRINT Ltd. delivers the ordered products on the territory of Bulgaria through a courier company to an address specified by the User or to an office of the courier company specified by the User. "FABER-PRINT" Ltd. is not responsible for incorrectly entered by the User information about the delivery address.

FABER-PRINT Ltd. delivers the ordered products outside Bulgaria through Bulgarian Post or courier company at the address specified by the User. "FABER-PRINT" Ltd. is not responsible for incorrectly entered by the User information about the delivery address.

FABER-PRINT Ltd. has the right not to deliver part or all products or not to perform part or all products at its discretion due to depletion of stock, price changes or other reasons. FABER-PRINT Ltd. notifies the Users by e-mail or phone call. Payment for purchased goods and services

When paying in cash for the ordered goods and services, the User undertakes to deposit at the time of delivery to "FABER-PRINT" Ltd. or its representative performing the delivery, the full value of the delivered order. Shipments with cash on delivery method are sent with the Postal Money Order (PPP) service. The PPP receipt issued by the courier company is equivalent to a receipt. When an invoice is issued, the PPP receipt is attached to the invoice.

When paying by bank transfer in BGN, the User deposits an amount equal to the value of the order in the specified bank account of "FABER-PRINT" Ltd. only after the deposit is confirmed, the ordered goods and services are delivered. The order number must be entered in the basis for payment. All fees and commissions are at the expense of the client.

Payment period

The payment period for orders that require advance payment is up to 7 days from the date of order generation on the website. If the payment is not made after this deadline, the order is considered invalid.

Electronic publications

When purchasing electronic publications, the User undertakes to familiarize himself with the information provided on the site relating to the purchase and use of electronic publications.

FABER-PRINT Ltd. is not responsible for the inability to use the product if you do not follow the instructions!

Right to refuse purchased goods

According to Article 50 of the CPA, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract without stating a reason, without paying compensation or penalty, except for the cost of returning the goods. The term for exercising the right of withdrawal is 14 days. The consumer is responsible for the reduced value of the goods caused by their testing, other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics or proper functioning.

Books and magazines are subject to return if they have defects or shortcomings that interfere with the perception of the semantic integrity of the text or have distorted their appearance - white pages, missed, shuffled or inverted cars, torn covers. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of FABER-PRINT Ltd.
